Certified Home Health Aides Job Description: Performs all the activities of daily living in the home. This includes, but is not limited to personal care, meal prep & light housekeeping.Job requirements: Certified Home Health Aide current certificate, ability to lift 50lbs, COVID-19 vaccination, BLS certification and current physical - PPD. Furthermore, this person must have good communication skills to report client changes to Director of Nursing and follow POC established by D.O.N.
